Most of us had trips planned and time off during the last two months.
That time helps us recharge.
You can think of our upcoming events as mini-vacations to help get your mind off of whatever it is thats going on in your life.
Each Friday this month we will hold a virtual event for 1 hour to help you slow down and relax. We'll also have some other activities throughout the month to get engaged with the team such as virtual tea parties and contests.
Finding ways to relax or disconnect is a huge part of nurturing your mental and emotional health.
We want to encourage our employees to stay connected with others as well as themselves, so join us this month to have fun and practice some self love!
