May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

Most of us had trips planned and time off during the last two months.
That time helps us recharge.

You can think of our upcoming events as mini-vacations to help get your mind off of whatever it is thats going on in your life.

Each Friday this month we will hold a virtual event for 1 hour to help you slow down and relax. We'll also have some other activities throughout the month to get engaged with the team such as virtual tea parties and contests.

Finding ways to relax or disconnect is a huge part of nurturing your mental and emotional health.

We want to encourage our employees to stay connected with others as well as themselves, so join us this month to have fun and practice some self love!

Nikki found her love for yoga after 25 years of competitive dance and performing arts. She immediately felt a deep connection to the practice and its ability to positively impact the mind, the body and the soul. She has been working in movement facilitation for over ten years and is currently teaching vinyasa style yoga classes in some of Los Angeles' favorite studios (Alo Yoga & Y7). Her spunk coupled with her desire to create a safe space for growth, creates a unique and inviting atmosphere that keeps you coming back. In every class, Nikki likes to find fluidity in her sequences as well as offer peak postures that challenge and inspire growth.
Nikki also works as a personal coach, assisting with mindset and goals.

With over 500 hours of Yoga Alliance approved training, 4 years experience of teaching yoga, 5+ years teaching health and fitness, and 12+ years teaching dance; Staci truly looks at the entire body as a whole. She is an internationally recognized yoga teacher, has worked with firefighters and first responders for 4+ years, and leads SUP yoga classes during the summer months. She specializes in teaching an alignment based, dynamic vinyasa flow accessible to all levels of “yogis”; working with asana, meditation, pranayama, and intention.
